Bug: It wouldn't let me change the hour when editing an existing effect

If I try to edit the time of an existing effect, the app only lets me enter the hour value from 1 to 10, it wouldn't let me enter hours...

Feature request: Would be cool if we could just choose and add effects from our already saved effect database for every new mood entry, instead of having to create effect duplicates all the time.
