Maintaining such a list would be a huge undertaking. Also that list shows the open source that is apckaged with their released, not the development dependencies used.

GitHub has a dependency graph for dependencies that are defined in a package manager manifest. That could be a good place to start for an automated solution.

I have recreated repo in a way that preserved history. You need to be proficient at git but it is possible.

I think requiring 2FA for making contribution is too much of an overreach but it should be mandatory for people maintaining GC repositories

When it was developed the API for closed captions was not mature enough for it. We would need to revisit this eventually. Right now we use our own closed captions...
