send crash report/latest.log. you should never make a crash report without sending the log

i think this feature should be an option for pack authors but the event where if a pack author releases a pack with this type of error seems highly unlikely....

actually, there is something it would benefit thats publically released. franz's giant artillery cannon

in my testing, the panel shows a proper connection when connected, and doesnt show a connection when it fails after disconnecting
