Having this issue since around the 18th, myself. It was working until then, and it works when logged out, but when I login it breaks. I'm using Chrome 53.

Can confirm, this started happening to me just now, only Chrome is affected, and only while logged in. Logging out returns me to old Twitter, and Firefox has old Twitter...

This issue hasn't been updated since August, but I want to notify that I'm having this issue myself on this URL: https://twitrss.me/twitter_user_to_rss/?user=mergerwitter

It works now, so maybe it was a temporary server issue.
