I get this error message below on any Twitter feed, like this one.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Hmmm, tricky, I can see most of these feeds right now, but other folks have had 500 errors in the last week or two. I'll have to do some digging, if you can bear with me until I work out what makes it crash.

Along with intermittent 504 Gateway failures. Is this just an overload on the server?

I would be interested to know about the cause of the 500 error too. I ended up caching the previous result so my application would work reliably.

I ended up caching the result and using that if I get a server error --- I know of no other solutions.
