Removing ClientVersion from Template as a part of updating Template to match service requirements.

Functional gaps in Azure logging: 1) Azure Logging only has Log::Write(Level, std::string), it does not have: 1) printf style logging support, 1) LogBinary - logs binary data in same fashion...

Closing for now because it's not clear this will be an issue moving forward.

The missing header comes from the opentelemetry-cpp vcpkg package. I'm not sure why it would not be present in your environment. Silly question: did you define the CMAKE variable BUILD_AZURE_CORE_TRACING_OPENTELEMETRY?...
