Add ability to filter the changes list

Was going to request a filter changes feature, then found this thread. Would be super useful! Are there any plans to add this?

Sometimes commits (files) disappear from "Changes" view until you resize the window

Fix build with Godot 4.5.

Built and tested the apn plugin. Got the "Allow notifications?"-prompt on my device, and printed a valid device token. Used branch 4.5-stable in the submodule when building, tested on 4.5.1.
