The original source is, as far as I'm aware, leaked from a company, never publicly available. Also the only detection is `susgen` which is basically "Huh, this file is uncommon".
Yes. Soon? If someone decides to make it happen, Yes. Has sombody? Not that I am aware of. Having an issue on the tracker will make it happen sooner though!...
