I get the impression that the dot graphs, now being removed from the .c files in varnish src, are no longer that well maintained. I should just provide my own....

Need to figure out a style guide for myself so I don't mix when to use `and`` and whatnot.

This is a bit tricky for multiple formats. It's easy enough to link to the http-variant, but that doesn't translate well in PDF. Might just ignore the PDF bit, but...

Links disappear in pdf

Stuff like the link to RFC2616 and VG work well on the web, but in a printed PDF, these links are invisible.
