Make sure you are using the latest version. Check BCUninstaller.exe directory for the log file and any crash dump zip files. Send them if you find any.

Most likely your settings file is seen as corrupted and is reset. Check BCUninstaller.log on startup after editing the settings file for related errors. I suggest editing the settings inside...

If something like that actually happened then give exact steps that led to the issue and send the BCUninstaller.log file from program directory. Also, preferably don't use a burner account...
