Anyone can create and submit translations by following instructions here. I don't know Turkish or anyone who speaks it so I won't be able to help myself.
Yes, I saw it, but when I translated the language into Turkish, I didn't understand much. Is there a video on how to do it, or could you please take the time to explain it to me in more detail. Good work

Unfortunately there are no videos or more specific guides, what part did you get stuck on?

You can't use the translations directly, BCU has to be recompiled from source with those translations added. Just translate everything you can and send me the files and I can send you a build of BCU with them included.
