Failed live tests are related to the test resources bicep file not creating HSM enabled AMLFS quite yet. This [PR for AMLFS create](https://github.com/microsoft/mcp/pull/79/files#diff-fe1c1a91a82a4296d3e24427c22dd5485fc13a0c04c13cedb4f303c8650edc28) should solve this issue. @wolfgang-desalvador
