It can work similar to Pop_Shell in PopOS. Meta + Shift should open windows management mode which should be ended after pressing Enter (to accept) or Esc (to cancel changes)...

@crutkas it's possible to snap WSLG window to the screen edge (only with keyboard, mouse snapping still doesn't work). Does it change anything for this task? Moving window between zones...

I think that it's not WSLg bug. It works like that by design. Apps created for GNOME environment doesn't use minimization or maximization buttons. You can try to install GNOME...
