This happens on Windows when loading the Forecast Channel. 
Can you try using it on Windows 10 or 11 and let me know if it works on it?

False positive. One thing Defender is particularly good at is detecting activators for Micro$oft's own products.
What Windows 10 version are you on? (Please check by running `winver` and check the build number (` will be 10.XXXXX.XXXX`)
Works for me on stable 23H2 build from Microsoft servers.
Will investigate.
