Windows 11 23H2 unsupported
It does. just download the iso file: Windows11_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_22631.iso and MediaCreationTool.bat-main 2023.07.15 run Quick_11_iso_esd_wim_TPM_toggle.bat to patch the ISO
It doesn't work for me. Setup needs key for Windows Server. :( (I run setup from microsoft servers on Windows 11 22H2)
Indeed the Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd method in the bypass directory works on the 23H2 release build and if you have the toggles still set from the 22H2 upgrade last year just run the ISO.
I did have an issue with the interaction of last year's script with this years script so it appears so if you run this year's script needlessly you have to toggle last years script off and run this year's script. I'd kept a copy of last year's project. The other issue was the ISO had got itself associated with 7zip sometime in the year, uninstalled 7zip and associated it with the file manager as it should be.
Partners machine I just ran the ISO on, on the basis the toggles were good from last years workaround. They were. Then un picked what was going on, on my machine.
You also need to run the ISO with admin rights and turn off the updates during installation. All fine.
If you have a fully updated 22H2, all you need for 23H2 is already installed. Hello. Then according to this reference, Windows edition 11 in version 23H2 is expected not to be supported. Observing no support of that version is therefore nothing but coherent. Observing support for that version must reasonably be interpreted as accidental.
