Same issue here... v1.9.0 Windows Weirdly, it will save a copy of the System preset (mine is MyKlipper 0.4 nozzle) as 'MyKlipper 0.4 nozzle - Copy. And it will save...
Upgrading to v1.9.1 seems to have fixed the issue for me. I'm on Windows 11.
