Still an issue on 2.2.1 as far as I can tell...
Those log lines do not matter at all. The AMD or Nvidia D3D9 drivers don't support those formats either. It is possible to implement those but pretty pointless.
Try installing d3dx9 and d3dcompiler with winetricks.
Can you record a video (with Nvidia Shadowplay for example) that shows a frame rate graph (either DXVK HUD or Rivatuner) for both DXVK 2.4 and 2.6.1?
The log file gets recreated from scratch every time you start the game. We need a log file from a session that ended with a crash.

AMDs Windows driver has been very problematic with DXVK recently. I'm gonna assume it's another instance of that for now.
