Tool belts and crates are only available after iron which makes sense you, don't really need to store those before iron. If all chests could store all items tool belt...
I really did exaggerated by saying useless but my point stand, you don't really need to store wood and instruments before iron, wood can be stored in a log pile...
it can just take a wooden crate to craft, it has exactly the same capability of a wooden crate lol, one crate and one framed block for example
you pay one stick and 4 lumber for it to look like a chest
