libavformat.so.58: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm using Manjaro 23.1.0 and checking the ffmpeg package, it says that libavformat dependency is 60-64. Can't find the specific version, but it seems to be above 58 for sure.

[Version Update] dbt 1.8 introduced renaming of tests to data_tests

@fivetran-jamie I don't see it indeed, where the dbt core version has been updated. Close this to maintain support for pre1.8?

Have updated changelog and project version. Guide me if I need to do something else or did something not fully correctly.

I bumped lower dbt version to 1.8, as tests don't work with versions below 1.8
