Seems the afloat items does not show in "Window" menu for some apps by chance. For my case sometimes it does not work for Sublime Text 3 and RStudio, but...

感谢指点 试了下把“合并FLV为MP4->转换XML弹幕为ASS->使用Beamer投射至电视”写成一个Alfred的workflow，效果不错
