Afloat Not work in Xcode8 (EI capitain)

it work well in Xcode7 But not work in Xcode8 , I didn't find any way can solve it so far...

Seems the afloat items does not show in "Window" menu for some apps by chance. For my case sometimes it does not work for Sublime Text 3 and RStudio, but sometimes works. Quit and reopen cannot solve this problem

Xcode8 and Safari now have Library-Validation which block the loading of plugins.
