Hello! Those are actually probably files that don't exist. Amazon S3 reports access denied when files don't exist. I'm not sure why we're publishing links to files that don't exist....

That's really weird. The site is hosted on AWS CloufFront and is backed by an S3 bucket. I don't know how it can timeout. (It times out for me too.)

Looks like the problem is in the baseurl missing "www.". The root domain has a special redirect to www. I forget how we did it. It must not work for...

That could be. I'd happily accept a pull request that makes the corrections with a link to some reference material to verify it.

I don't want to have conflicting info in the same dataset. If the existing info is wrong, effort should go to fixing it, rather than burying it.

All of these tests need to be rewritten -- they can be ignored.
