Fix Conky CPU count and VM stats

Conky displays 8 cores for this Macbook pro, most of them show `inf%` usage, only 2 display actual usage. VM Stats is blank for this user.

Rename the project to reflect that it is a hammerspoon config, and not hammerspoon itself.
