Most window managers use key+tab to cycle between windows. Mac OS uses the shortcut to cycle between apps, but not windows of the same app. An additional shortcut is needed to switch between multiple windows of the same app. This means you need to cmd+tab to the app you want then `cmd+`` to the window you want. Furthermore, this shortcut does not work if windows are on a different desktop from one another.

Add support for normal alt + tab behavior.
