Please try with a different computer, that error seems specific to your environment, my best guess is a faulty RAM module.
No problem here too. Maybe your btrfs journal is corrupt. Try clearing it: `btrfs-zero-log /dev/sdXX` (replace with your corrent partition identifier) Any errors reported in `btrfsck`?
