I have a big commit that actually added msm_limiter. Unfortunately, the code is pretty fixed at 4 cores. I'm going to try to rewrite it to be more flexible.

Alright, well I figured out a hacky workaround for getting my dev environment working again and I was able to hook wyzeapy and add some break-points and change the logging....
