[Bug] Excessive DNS lookups

Describe the bug This is the top domain lookup on my primary pihole for the past 24 hours: And secondary pihole: At 147K lookups, that translates to almost twice per second 147K lookups is 1/4th of my home DNS lookups (no impact on performance, but an indication of how ridiculously high it is, considering I have almost 70 networked devices using the DNS servers)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install integration through HACS, check DNS server logs.

Expected behavior Significantly fewer DNS lookups
