Which method are you using for installation? The `network` method is only supported on ubuntu. The `local` method should work though as I don't use `lsb_release` there.

Yeah I can reproduce it with `windows-2022`, but `windows-2019` still works. Not sure what changed though, will try to debug on a win 11 box when I have time.
Would be nice to get this (major) bump as this should also fix #165, so no more needing to add a manual `HTTPRoute` which is the workaround at the moment,...
