I re-downloaded a previous release. It looks like the issue is that the certificate expired on Nov 19, and then was not replaced and added to subsequent releases. 
And still with 0.10.7. Unbelievable....

I just noticed this as well, it still happens. If you use the Tabli menu button to 'Reload Tabli' and then close and open the Tabli panel, the tab names...
Not sure, but I think you could safely test it in a new browser profile since it would have its own instance of bookmarks and extensions.
As the 'Performance' options are coming via upstream Chromium now, maybe there is no longer any action needed here?
