Folder hierarchy for bookmarks

Is it possible to nest saved windows in folders and categorize them? I am afraid if I do such a thing the extension would not recognize them any longer. If not can you play add it as a feature request?

Not sure, but I think you could safely test it in a new browser profile since it would have its own instance of bookmarks and extensions.
