Hi, PiSugar S has no I2C feature. If you are using other i2c devices please turn off the "AUTO" switch in the middle of the PiSugar S board.
I think it's possible. You can connect two pins to the power button pads on the PiSugar3, and connect 2 LED pins to the 5V and GND of the extension...

It seems to be an issue of pisugar-poweroff. @fengyc
If you directly use the shutdown command to turn off the Pi4, will the PiSugar also shut down afterward?
Is this a consistently reproducible issue or does it occur sporadically?
If you encounter this issue again, please paste the OS log here. After booting up, use `journalctl -u pisugar-poweroff -n 100` to check if there were any I2C errors before...
