When you did modifications to the gui you deem useful for all users, you could create a Pull Request so it will be included in all future BCV versions.
Not every decompiler of BCV decompiles the inner and anonymous classes into the original class. Some might only do that with certain settings enabled. Krakatau for example doesn"t do this.
Replacing classes while allowing all kinds of changes is not possible. You can only invalidate a whole class loader and have to make sure each plugin has its own class...
