Can you provide some more information? Versions for Windows, Keepass, and KeeAnywhere? When the browser is supposed to open, what happens instead?

For me it saves the backups right alongside the main database file. The backups have name like MainFile_Backup_2022-09-06-06-45-30.kdbx.
Have a look at issue #301. This looks like it could be another instance of the same thing.

@finejustice @Kyrodan It works! I tried changing the Oidc URI to localhost and it fixed the problem at least for Google Drive on Windows 7 x64. More background on this...
I just tried it in Windows 10 and it seems to work here too.
