We'll be updating the tools, but it's a huge undertaking as some ports will always fail.

This is **NOT** related to the language pack I think. It seems that the test program `conftest.exe` is blocked by some other process such as anti-virus.

I completely lost track with this issue, since wxwidgets was updated for several versions, is this issue still exist?
