Rename to material and damage id

Up for discussion, should we stick with `Material Model` and `Damage Model `or rename to `Material Id` and `Damage Id` @CWillberg

Exodus Output Corrupt after rerun

Just added a quick fix for that. As the corruption only sometimes occurs, we need to check if the bug still persists.
