Exodus Output Corrupt after rerun

The exodus output file sometimes gets corrupted when PeriLab is cancelled and then restarted. We need to close the exodus files before cancelling PeriLab.

I noticed this too.

Just added a quick fix for that. As the corruption only sometimes occurs, we need to check if the bug still persists.
