Installing in octo4a fails (compilation error)

I am using 1.9.2 and every time I get to building the wheel I get an error and it fails to install. [plugin_pluginmanager_console (2).log](https://github.com/FormerLurker/Octolapse/files/12709284/plugin_pluginmanager_console.2.log)

Cannot install Octolapse on Python 3.10.6
