Beacon advancement can't be granted

When the beacon is completed, the sound "block.beacon.activate" is not played. Advancement "Bring Home the Beacon" and "Beaconator" are not granted. Beams and effects work as usual.

As shown in the figure, neither the appleskin nor /data show increase in saturation.
