Beacon advancement can't be granted

When the beacon is completed, the sound "block.beacon.activate" is not played. Advancement "Bring Home the Beacon" and "Beaconator" are not granted. Beams and effects work as usual.

This also means the "Beacon Redirection" chapter in Lissa's Advice can't be unlocked, since it relies on this advancement.
