I agree that this is useful, however this call is being called within the library, and we have to make sure it supports older versions of .net. I will disable...
One more things we should fix is the CI/CD pipeline, currently I do a dotnet run and run the tests against the wasm version. However, it won't exhibit the problem...
Is there any guidance from MS on how to deal with this?

There is also a second resizing bug here, see the right side of the screen. Resizing overall seems to be broken. 
Thank you for the fixes! The resizing bug mentioned above is solved in 11.3.0.4. However, the resizing when closing/opening the tools still feels clunky.
I'd be happy to take a PR for this feature.
Hey, thank you for this PR. Unfortunately, the pesky tests are still failing. I'm not sure what changed, as they were stable for a long time.
