Update pyrogram to the latest version (`2.0.30`) and try again

"megabasterd" doesn't have an unlimited download system (see [megabasterd #385](https://github.com/tonikelope/megabasterd/issues/385#issue-1102379244)). The only way to bypass the limit is to use proxies and that feature isn't implemented for now
