add unlimited download system

There is lots of bot available that help to download mega file but if possible add unlimited download system on it like megabusturd

"megabasterd" doesn't have an unlimited download system (see megabasterd #385). The only way to bypass the limit is to use proxies and that feature isn't implemented for now
