Yep, should default to system, but then also a toggle for anyone who may want to alternate between the two at times.

Also facing this issue as I wanted to host on a different path behind Nginx I imagine `WASTEBIN_BASE_URL` should apply for the JS/CSS files etc. to resolve this issue
The issue still persists that there's no option to select from a specific timeframe for OHLC. So this isn't really an ideal solution.
