[feature] Make light/dark mode responsive to system theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I was using changedetection.io, my system theme was Dark, but the website defaulted to its Light theme.

Describe the solution you'd like changedetection.io should always default to the user's system theme. This default can be overridden whenever the user clicks the toggle switch.

Additional context This can be implemented using the prefers-color-scheme CSS attribute. This post has more implementation examples, though I'm not sure what solution would best fit into the app.

I wonder whether this would be jarring for existing users? I guess if you’re a new user it makes total sense to follow your system preference but if you’re a regular user and next time you log in the scheme suddenly changes on you and you don’t realise you can change it back… but maybe it doesn’t matter?

just add a toggle, all sites that supports dark mode should follow the system defaults

Yep, should default to system, but then also a toggle for anyone who may want to alternate between the two at times.
