I am running Civ 6 on my iPad with mods. Can’t use UI because it uses new files that we don’t have access to. But DB, Lua, icons, etc. work....

@EisbarGFX Seems very similar, however I don't have preloader-xxx.log. The game just exits with code 1, and no extra logs are produced. I tried some debugging and in Visual Studio...

I suspect the issue is with Doorstep 4. Pre1 uses Doorstep 3.4 and it works ok. Doorstep 4 doesn't call the Preloader I think. I tried to use the option...
