Have you guys tried v4.1.x? It works great with my MS9132 based device on Windows 11 I've used it successfully on both an integrated graphics system (Intel 11th generation Xe)...

I think it is unlikely that you will be able to get it to go away. That is a warning from the Mac security subsystem letting you know about access...
