Same problem here with windows 11, very laggy, no cursor, using the latest for windows (2.0.1.7.3) Only if I use another monitor on the hdmi port and connect the second one using an adapter to usb

I use WinUSBDisplay_Windows_V4.1.10.25.exe version from http://www.macrosilicon.com:9080/download/USBDisplay/Windows/Installer/V41/,

Steps:

Step 1: Open Device Manager

Right-click the Start button and select "Device Manager"

Look for your USB display device (it may appear as "USB Video" or similar under "Universal Serial Bus controllers")

Step 2: Update Driver

Right-click on the USB display device

Select "Update Driver"

Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"

Step 3: Manual Driver Selection

Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"

Click "Have Disk"

Browse to the installation folder: C:\Program Files\Win USB Display

Select the appropriate .inf file for your system

Step 4: Driver Selection

Choose manufacturer: MacroSilicon

Select driver: MacroSilicon Usb Display
