List updated with a full, comprehensive sublist for Big Picture. I am also going to attempt to make a few strings translatable.

It needs to be done differently, and there is a confusion with the comments: - The words "Cubeb"/"Xaudio2" should not be translated, but the text inside the parentheses should, so...
Just seen this commit in Crowdin and the "Analog light is now {} for port {} / slot {}" string at pcsx2/SIO/Pad/PadDualshock2.cpp:644 needs two custom "On"/"Off" strings so non-English languages...

I just realized that Dead Aim's settings were targeted to the PAL version, not the NTSC-U one. Anybody has Dead Aim on NTSC-U?
