It looks like this was addressed already. Not seeing hidden settings in results now. Let me know if you see differently.
Changing this to an enhancement since it's never synced on creation.

Not really. This image has to include all dependencies for all game servers (Wine, Java, Python, etc...). If there's a Docker expert that knows a way to slim it then...
Can you share the log lines where the user joined and it was duplicated?
Right click the instance and View Logs and get the log file from there and share it here.

In AMP search at the top right for Configuration Repositories and share a screenshot of what you have there. You're missing all the community provided configs.
That looks good. Click the Fetch button there and share what it spits out in the Deployment Log tab.
