I don't know why, but I don't get an MQTT button in the device overview. 

You have misunderstood me. I was just surprised that your homesp has an MQTT info button and mine does not. I don't actually need many functions via MQTT. Light on...

After restarting my VM I now also see the MQTT Info button.
